Our Care & Support Ministry exists to glorify God by teaching God’s people the tools needed to: teach others to walk with God; to bring deep restoration to the brokenhearted; to receive and impart God’s intimate counsel; and to battle the spiritual darkness that holds people captive and prevents their complete freedom in Christ.

River Valley Resources
Anna’s Ministry - Widow Support (60+) Anna's Ministry is for widows over the age of 60 who meet once a month for fellowship and encouragement. Meets at the Black Forest Restaurant. Second Thursday of every month, 11:00am. Contact Dana here with questions or register here.
Band of Brothers This men’s fellowship group is designed to challenge men to grow in their walk with God, to become stronger, more authentic disciples of Christ. We meet every first Saturday of the month at 7:30am at the Redwood Campus in Room R-112. Register here.
Cancer Support If you, or someone you know, is struggling with cancer, come join us in this ground-breaking group that focuses on support, information, and GOD’S presence, while ministering to cancer survivors, their loved-ones, care-givers, and more. Healing Past Hurts: Untying the Knots of the Heart Untying the Knots of the Heart is a small-group discipleship journey that God uses to help participants face their struggles, identify the root causes of their pain, and find new freedom & joy in Jesus Christ. This Biblical, 22-lesson process gives participants the tools and perspectives they need to heal and thrive again. Women can join at any time. Mondays 6:30-8:30pm, Starting Sept 8 - Aug 31, 2026. Men of Purity Men Of Purity: Defending Purity in a Pornographic Age is a Specialty Life Group focused on staying away from inappropriate material and thoughts. Untangling Relationships Are you driven to be a people pleaser at the risk of damaging yourself emotionally? Do you seem to find yourself in relationships that lead to intense hurt, anger, guilt, and loneliness? Walking Through Grief is a group for women grieving the loss of a husband or partner. Together, we’ll journey through the faith-based book God Does His Best Work with Empty, exploring how God meets us in our emptiness and fills it in ways nothing else can. Led by RVC member Deb Acosta, who was widowed in December 2022, this group offers honest conversation, shared support, and encouragement as we navigate widowhood and the grieving process together. ~ Women Only ~ Wednesdays 6:30-8pm, Starting Oct 8 - Dec 3.
