Grants Pass Campus RVCKids Director

We are looking for a part-time RVCKids GP Campus Director to join our team at the River Valley Grants Pass Campus. It is essential for this role that you possess high energy, are skilled in working with people, and are willing to engage with children and their families. Strong interpersonal skills and confidence are critical to this position. This is a dynamic role in which you will have the chance to make a lasting impact on the lives of children and families in our community. What You'll Do: 15-25-hour-per-week position*

  • Weekend Gatherings: Be a consistent presence at the weekend worship services at the GP Campus, helping to oversee and lead our RVCKids programming. Est hrs: 8-10hrs

  • Staff Management: Oversees GP Campus Kids Staff: Thursday night lifegroup staff and Check-in staff Est hrs: 1-2

  • Volunteer Management: Recruit, onboard, schedule, and train a team of dedicated volunteers. You'll work to build a strong community and ensure our volunteers feel supported and equipped. Est hrs: 1-2

  • Strategic Planning: Attend campus-specific meetings and collaborate with the RVCKids Network team to align our vision and goals. Est hrs: 2-4; kids team mtg, GP Campus team mtg, ministry staff, super staff

  • Network Events: Assist the Network RVCKids Director team in planning and executing major network-wide events, including VBS (Vacation Bible School), Summer Camp, Winter Camp, RV Together. Est hrs: TBD, needs basis

  • Office Hours: Hold office hours to be available for families, meet new volunteers, and connect with the leadership team. Est hrs: 1-2hrs 

*Hours can fluctuate beyond the typical amount seasonally due to camps and events.
