Frank joined River Valley in 2018. He has served at the Murphy and Redwood Campuses. In 2021, he launched a new campus in Sunny Valley. Frank also serves as River Valley’s local outreach pastor where he works to equip and provide opportunities for our church family to be in the community serving.
