River Valley Family, 

We come to you today because we see the possibility for an answer to our many prayers for permanent home in Murphy for our RVC Murphy Campus. The Buckboard Grill property, prominently located in the heart of the Murphy area, directly next to the main Murphy grocery store and turn off to Hidden Valley High School, is now in the market we are asking to receive your information to move forward, investigate all the contingencies, prayerfully analyze feasibility and remodeling costs, and, if all pass the marks, ultimately purchase this property to become the new RVC Murphy Campus..

If this vision is affirmed, we would intend to pay cash for this property. The purchase price is 440,000 for 3600 sq. ft. on 1.2 acres and includes all current interior furnishings and equipment. Again, we asked for your affirmation, allowing us to move forward with our investigation and possible ultimate purchase of the site. If in our process of evaluating contingencies we determine at the cost of converting the site for a usage and other factors becomes unrealistic, we will walk away from this and continue prayers for the next possibility.
