Where do I go?

For specific locations of all five campuses, please visit each campus page under our "locations” tab at the top of the webpage. For quick locations and addresses, click here.

Where should I park?

At the Downtown Campus, handicapped parking is available on the 7th Street side of the building. There are two other primary parking lots, one off 6th Street between C and D Streets, the other is off D Street between 6th and 7th Streets. Additionally, our other campuses have handicapped parking up front as well.

Let one of our friendly Greeters know it is your first time and they can direct you where the children go, where the restrooms are located or answer any other questions you might have.

Where do my kids go?

All of our campuses hold a Children’s Wing where children, birth through 5th grade, are taught God’s Word in a small group setting. Ask one of our Greeters where you to check-in your child. When you check-in your child you will be given a badge with the room number of where you are to take your child. For more information on our children’s programs visit our Children’s Ministry page. Also, be sure to check out our awesome Preschool & Childcare Center.

Students 6th -12th grade are encouraged to attend our regular weekend services. They may sit with you but are also welcome to sit with other students at the service. During the week they are encouraged to attend one of our Student Ministry Groups: Midway (6th - 8th) or CAD (9th - 12th). To read more specifics about Midway or CAD, check out our Student Ministries.

What should I wear?

Whether you dress formal or casual, we just invite you to come as you are. No dress code!

Does the church have coffee!?

Drip coffee is provided for free at all of our locations! Enjoy!

Am I expected to put money in the offering?

Visitors are not expected to put money in the offering. Please do so only if God places it on your heart. The offering is a time for our regular church family to give back to God out of gratitude for all His provisions.

If I miss a service how can I hear the message?

Absolutely! We have a livestream of our Downtown Campus every Sunday at 10:30am. We also post our campus teachings midweek online. You can find our Sunday livestream and campus teachings here on our media page.

Where can I serve?

Jesus told us, his disciples, to make disciples of all nations. One of the most important values of River Valley Church is our mission to the world. It begins in our own community and spreads overseas to every nation. River Valley members are involved in a variety of ministries from things as simple as preparing church bulletins to minister to the needy. Click here to find out opportunities to serve.

What is the best way to get connected at River Valley?

Our RV Connect and RV Core classes are designed to help you become familiar with our church and its ministries. It is very informal and questions are encouraged. Stay tuned for the next one scheduled. You can also find out how to get connected here, or you may speak to someone on the leadership team at your campus.

How do I find out about Life Groups?

We strongly encourage all to be involved in a Life Group! Contact Dana Goens with your questions or to find out about the Life Groups in your area. Attending our RV Core Class is also a great place to get an overview of our Life Group Ministry.

How do I find Specialty Life Groups that are being offered?

We have a variety of Specialty Life Groups (Life Groups which focus on a specific topic or need), some of which require registration and some that do not. We advertise upcoming classes on our website, on social media, and in Worship Program given to you by our Greeters as you come to service. Visit our Specialty Life Groups page to see what is currently available. Contact Dana Goens with any questions you have about Specialty Life Groups.
