BIG IDEA: Every Christian is the Temple of God. This can and should be radically life changing because of the following truths:
1. Personal Presence
2. Peace
3. Power
4. People
5. Purity
6. Purpose
Questions for further study, families, and Home Groups: (Since this a part two message, these questions are the same as last week. Select the questions you didn’t discuss last time and those which are appropriate to discuss again. Discuss the new scriptures and ideas that were shared in this part two message.)
1. How did the scriptures in this study impact your life?
2. What is the significance that the awesome glory of God dwells in every Christian? How is this truth “The Key” when it comes to truly living for God? How does this truth impact you?
3. How does this truth change your perspective of God? Yourself? Others? Reality?
4. Read and discuss Galatians 2:20-3:3. What is this saying and how will you apply it to your life?
5. How can we grow in living with a greater awareness of God’s presence in us?
6. What incentive should this truth (God in us) give to someone considering becoming a Christian?
Relational Discipleship Question: What healing needs to take place in God’s loving arms? How is God using your pain and circumstances to draw you to Him and to reach out to others? Are you living in peace with all others in your family, at work and socially? Share your spiritual growth plan (s) in this area.
