Michael Bahn
Pastor of Worship & Home Groups
Michael has served at RVCC since 2002 and is passionate about leading worship. He's been married to Jannelle 14 years and has three young children Austin, Adriana, and Alesia. Outside his ministry at RVCC Michael and Jannelle also volunteer at their son's Cubscout pack as Den Leaders and Treasurer. Michael also has a ministry as a singer/songwriter/recording artist leading worship abroad as God calls him to encourage the Body of Christ. Kathi Brown
Director of Marriage & Counseling Ministries & Home Group Pastor
Kathi and Rick Brown have been married for 35 years and active in the RVCC family since 1977. Kathi has served on staff at RVCC for 18 years with passion to see Christ bring healing and wholeness in the lives of men, women and children in our community. Kathi oversees our counseling and marriage ministries and alongside her husband Rick pastors in Home Groups. Besides lay counseling over the last eight years, many have been impacted by Kathi and Rick's ministry as they have helped lead 28 marriage retreats over the last 12 years! Kathi and Rick have two grown children and four grandchildren.

Jim Brumbach
Pastor of Home Groups
Jim and his wife Sherrill have been a driving force in Home Group ministry both here at RVCC and as consultants to many churches in the Rogue Valley for nearly eight years. They spend much time hosting home group leader training, serving as marriage mentors and Jim also serves our fellowship as an Elder. Jim and Sherrill have two grown children and six grandchildren.

Rosa Galli
Director of Children
Rosa Galli LOVES children! Rosa serves families and kids at RVCC like no other. She makes sure that each child entrusted to our care hears those most important words, "Jesus loves you!" If Rosa is not reaching out to children you may find her serving with her husband Mel as chefs for our annual family camp, maybe a High School Mexico trip, Alpha equipping program or many other events. Rosa also takes a critical role in the oversight of our preschool and day care center. As mentioned, Rosa is married to Mel and they have five grown children and four grandchildren.

Mark Goens
Lead Pastor & Pastor of Home Groups
Mark Goens has been the Lead Pastor at RVCC for over a decade. He is passionate about teaching God's word in our weekend services and also passionate about Home Groups. Mark and his wife Dana devote much time to leading in our Home Group ministry helping train leaders and see families come together for encouragement, discipleship and making friendships that last a lifetime. Mark and Dana have 4 children. Tyler, Nicole and Natalie are attending college. Cody is in High School.

Roger Haberman
Pastor of Student Ministries
Roger has been working with students for almost 3 decades. He has a passion to see students grow in their faith, allowing God to work through the student to impact the world.
He has been married to Brenda for almost 25 years. He has three children, Ryan, Jake & Brittany.

Diana Hecht
Director of Women Ministries
Diana serves with a team to oversee the ministry to women at RVCC. Through events such as Women's Bible Studies, A.W.O.L., Elegant Celebration of Christmas, Women's Retreat, women are provided with more opportunities to come together, build relationships and grow closer to their heavenly Father. Diana and her husband Ken, serve as co-leaders in their home group. Ken has a grown daughter and two grandchildren.

Dan Horst
Pastor of Mid-High Student Ministries
Dan Horst has been serving students and their families for many years at RVCC. Dan works closely with Roger Haberman and his own Mid-High staff to reach to Middle School students and help them become independently dependent on Christ. Dan is married to Jen and they have two young children, Jared and Haley.

Andries Kleynhans
Director of Media, Media Ministry
With a background and passion for media and ministry, Andries Kleynhans has served at RVCC since 2005. Andries and his team oversee our media ministries including our weekend service video/media presentations, our recorded weekend teachings being produced and broadcast on several local radio stations, our weekend teachings posted online for all to hear and more . Andries is married to Elizabeth and they have three children, Ryan, Kirsty and Daryn.

Chuck Kostrna
Pastor of Children and Home Groups
Chuck Kostrna has passionately served at RVCC for around eight years. He oversees our children's ministries and plays a crucial pastoring role in our Home Group ministry. Chuck frequently teaches classes in our School of Ministry and also serves our fellowship as an Elder. Chuck is married to Kim and they have four children, Andrew, Stephen, Rachel & Sarah.

Lynn Kremer
Kids for Christ Director
Lynn has served in our children's ministry for many years. She and her husband Shawn have a passion for sharing the love of Jesus with fourth and fifth grade students. Lynn also has a passion for our Alpha ministry and regularly leads in that as well. As mentioned Lynn is married to Shawn and they have three children, Kayla, Shawna and Jordan.

David Mathis
Pastor of Adults, Equipping, Home Groups and Facilities
David Mathis has served RVCC for many years as an Elder and Staff member. He oversees all adult ministries from the Adult Center to our School of Ministry. David also serves in addiction recovery ministries, is a Pastor of Home Groups, oversees our facilities staff and serves our fellowship as an Elder. David is married to Janet and they have three grown children and eight grandchildren.

Duane Stark
Pastor of Outreach
Duane has a passion to see God's love carried out in tangible ways. He believes we are called to make disciples locally, nationally and globally. Duane oversees our outreach ministries and loves to see God's people following their own passions in an effort to bring people closer to a love relationship with the Creator. Duane is married to Dusti and has two young kids, Payton and Destini.

Carl Wilson
Pastor of Administration
Carl Wilson serves as our head of Administration. Carl plays a critical role as he helps Pastor Mark oversee and direct the RVCC staff, teaches on rotation in our celebration services, and works closely with our administrative, clerical and maintenance staff to keep our church running smoothly. Carl also serves our fellowship as an Elder. Carl is married to Malinda and they have two grown children and four grandchildren.
